I got this program yesterday from Com*USA, but they were out of rebate slips. I got a photocopy of the fill-in portion of the rebate slip, but there is no mailing address or requirements (UPC, etc.) Can't find any info on Com*USA or mfr's websites.
Could someone please post this info?
