Mongolian BBQ isn't BBQ as such. It's stir fry, except you decide what goes into it.
There's a big "salad bar" with raw veggies and meat (chicken, pork, steak, sausage, sometimes lamb, seafood includes crawfish, scallops, usualy some kind of fish). You pick the veggies and meat, add a ladle of oil, add dry spices/sauces, then take it up to the grill. The grill is a huge circular grill, where several guys with long swords are there. They cook up your food while you wait (usually quickly, under 5 minutes), then hand it back to you in a fresh bowl.
It's REALLY good. Ask the waitress about combinations (may I suggest steak, green peppers, onions and broccoli) or try the recipes they have posted.
Here in northern indiana, we have no mongolian bbq nearby. When I'm in toledo we'll usually hit up Ann Arbor, it's only a 45 minute drive and it's sooooo worth it. I usually top out at around four bowls
