There's a market that has a decent selection of import beers on King near Neil Ave. just south of the OSU campus.

However, I am finding myself more and more disappointed with the selection, and the ability to keep stock of certain beers, each time I go to that store.

Can anyone point me to a store that has a much larger selection of beers, not only import but also craft brews? Say, a store that has a good selection of the 750ml/24ish ounce specialty brews (such as Dogfish Head's Theobroma, one I tried and loved recently).

For instance, Joseph's Beverage Center in Toledo, has a huge selection of assorted beers. When I'm here in Columbus though, I'm at a loss for where to go to find beer.

Halp!

Beer is to Texas as serial killers are to Ohio, but I dont drink. :(

That being said, do you have a "Central Market" in your town? They carry a large selection of beers from around the world. If not, try Wal-Mart.

Never heard of it, went to their website, seems the only stores are in Texas. And also found it is owned by HEB, of which I don't think owns a single store east of the Mississippi. Actually, is HEB even outside of Texas?

When I visited my sister near San Antonio, we went to a HEB and I was just  and , that place was insane. So damned massive, literally had just about everything.

Oh, and what I am more looking for is more specialty and craft brews from American companies. It's just generally the beverage places that carry a large selection of imports also carry a large selection of craft brews.
I've never seen something like Dogfish Head in a large chain store.

Been 10 years since I was at tOSU but there was a carry out (maybe called Andy's) about 7-8 blocks north of Lane on High (still south of Hudson). I remember them having a decent beer selection but couldn't tell you any specifics.

It wasn't the liquor store that was up that way.

Just thought of The Anderson's General Store in Dublin. Take 315 north to 161 west. Turn right on to Federated it will be on your left.
