...a clean white case?

Glossy white, with maybe blue UV fans, would stand out.

How hard would it be to get something like the Gigabyte Aurora in white? Get it sandblasted, painted at an auto shop maybe?

Not sure why you'd sandblast a case to prep it for paint... unless you're going for that kind of texture.
 
AMS gMono and XG-4292ww, someone has one that looks like an iPod, Just PC Gazelle. Just because they aren't popular and you haven't seen them doesn't mean they aren't out there...
