Colored contact lenses: fun or tacky?

I would buy transition contact lenses, be like wearing sunshades all over your eye without a zone between the glasses and your eye for light to enter. Dark outside and clear inside.

Only "colored" contacts I've ever worn have been the solid white ones. Not great for vision purposes, but they're great foir weirding people out when you take off your sunglasses.

Not everyone can wear Color contact lenses, I can't because of the extra thinkness of them or something they move around my eyes all the time and can't really focus.

Also they look so fake you can tell when a person is wearing color contacts.

If I wore contacts, I'd probably do it.

Course, my eyes are two different colors to *begin* with (and two different pupil sizes), which weirds people out enough as it is. Glasses make it less observable, but if I did contacts, I'd probably want to do something about that.

I think they are cool and make for a fun different look once in a while. The reason I never tried them again is they are thicker and they have the coating that makes up the color. It's like looking out of a hazy filter. I was constantly blinking and it gave me a headache because I couldn't focus.

thats what happen to me, doctor told me my eyes are no good for color lenses.
