Colorcases.com experience?

Anyone ever purchase anything from Colorcases.com? They look pretty legit and have a lot of nice looking cases to choose from.

I don't have a fancy computer or anything, just an AMD K6-2, but my power supply recently gave out, so I bought a nice Antec 300W supply for $50. My "rig" (if you could even call it that) has tended to run a little hot in the past, so I was thinking of buying a case that was more efficient at cooling. I figured that while I'm at it, might as well get one that looked cool, too. Don't want to spent a lot of money, as I'm a grad student and thus have no income. This company looks to have some reasonably priced stuff (around $50) and really inexpensive power supplies (< $20).

Anyone know if they are reliable, especially when it comes to power supplies? Thanks.

I bought one from them last year. Took them over a month to send it out - this after sending them 2 or 3 emails. Of course they charged my CC the day they got the order. At one point I had given up and in my last email threatened I would go to the BBB, State Atty etc. Got the case soon enough. The case itself turned out to be fine - cheap case but looked good and so far has worked well (that's amazing considering it's my 16 yr old son's computer!)

I ordered a 500w psu on March 26th and of course they put it on card that day and here it is April 11th and yesterday's email said:

Ya, their reseller rating is HORRIBLE. I sent them an email saying I was going with XPCases.com based on ratings, and the "Colorcases Owner" sent me a 1 page email about how successful they are, and how resellerratings.com only recieves negative reviews, and it's not their fault they can't keep up with all of their business. Well, xpcases.com had a 9.5+ rating, and "kept up" with my business just fine.

My roommate had a fine experience with them so I decided to order. 3 weeks later, I called, was told the case was on B/O. I cancelled, bought an Antec from elsewhere, and have been happy. I'd stay away from them.

they give u a decent case for the price. one of mine shipped right away, other one was delayed for 2 weeks.

hmm, seems the reviewer bought a 30 dollar case? i dunno, mine were atleast 40😛 none of the problems listed😛

If they're gonna screw up that much then they ought to throw in free shipping or something. They should also think about hiring people. If they have 2 people trying to handle 100 orders then it won't work.

I bought a case from ElectroSeller.com. I got it about a week later, and it shipped 1.5 days after I ordered it. Free shipping too! It's a premodded one (I suck with paint and jigsaws...), and I've been very happy with it. It's an "electroseller" case, but it looks just like an Enermax, and is certainly built like one! So if you need a cheap place to get a nice case (hey that rhymes:cool😉 go to electroseller!
