What the hell is in that county that the median household income is freaking $83,000?

Just a very expensive area where all the richies are moving to. Castle Rock is down there as well as the extreme southern metro area (Lone Tree, etc). It is a growing area where they are building million dollar homes and have some of the best public schools in the state (although there is a teacher shortage currently).

Lone Tree is where all the professional sports players live... So alot of the Nuggets, Rockies, Bronco's, etc past and present live in Lone Tree. Atleast thats what its known for.
