What does this mean? It's still illegal by federal law. The article speculates that the DOJ will turn the other way? So take a day trip to Washington State for a good time? Go walk into a pharmacy and pay for a small amount of MJ?

I'm interested to see how much actual tax revenue will be generated

The DEA/DOJ rarely/never go after users. Its not worth their time/resources.

So far, for the most part, the DEA/DOJ have only gone after medical dispensaries that have openly flaunted their operations. The overwhelming majority of medical growers/dispensaries don't run into problem with the feds.
