Color Problems

Okay, so I just got my 6600GT back from another rma, and when I play my game, the colors seem to be messed up. More specifically, it is just the brown ground looks bright red orange. That and some of the map doesnt load, like the hills in the distance (I can just see the trees or whatnot floating in the air). Everything seems fine save for those two things, but when I angle my view up, past one point the whole screen turns whitish. If I angle it back down, the screen returns to 'normal.' I've played around with all the settings and resolutions, but still the same thing. Anyone know what the problem is?
