Color laser printers

My dad needs a good but inexpensive color laser printer for police work. He was thinking about doing color photo print outs and one that could take some abuse. He only wants to spend a few hundred dollars and I don't know what to recommend. Any suggestions?

Staples carry's a Minolta Color Laser Printer for about $1,300, one of th cheapest I've seen for a nice qulity, upgradeable printer. Just an option worth looking into, hope this helps.
