Color in Directories & Sub Directories

Is there any way to add color to the directory and/or sub directory names in explorer? What about Microsoft Outlook? It would be so nice to change the color of the fonts so that I can find things quicker. Is there any software that can do that?
 
You need to replace the Explorer with a package that is not color blind
