Color fades in loop.

I recently got a water setup and I used some PC chill (uv green) to fill it. Within the first day the color was not UV reactive. While at microcenter I saw some fesser UV dye and decided to get some. I Put some in and within a few days the color fades away. I am not sure if I am putting enough (about 10-20 drops) or is this is normal. I dont want to keep adding it if its not good for the loop since is does have glycol in it.

so its normal? even for the coolant that is pre-dyed? It was none reactive after less than one day. The dye I add lasts about a week.

Yep, dye fades, I've had feser in my loop for two months and had to re-loop the cpu. Seeing the two side by side is painful.

yup its normal.

There isnt much you can do about it. And your tubing absorbs some of the dyes as well.

there isnt an immune tubing right now as we speak.

Thats why some people pick black tubing instead of clear.
