Is anyone using color contact lens? Is it any different from regular ones?

Btw, I have dark brown eyes,(I am asian) , what color do you think would look good on an asian?

I've bought them a couple of weeks ago ... adapted well, even though I never used contacts before.

I was considering blue or green, but blue seemed more natural than the olive green. Of course, there are lot of different brands. I dunno what's better for an asian, but I got a lot of good comments with mine. I only use them occasionaly (parties, bars, etc), but I'm considering buying a more durable pair.

Here's the after pic ... the eyes are a little darker than the photo, since the flash has a strong effect. But I liked the results ...

The blue contacts against my dark eyes result in a slight grey shade. Here's a closer pic.

Color contact lenses are for girls.

Unless you're an actor, I can't imagine why a guy would want to change his eye color.

gotta be really careful when buying these, best place to get em are from your optometrist, there has been a big problem with bacterial infections and stuff from not so reputable places, so watch out!

The only way I would ever use colored lenses would be to look like THIS.
I've always liked "huskie eyes" ;)

It's true. Honestly. you gotta be either a woman or totally ultra-ghey to give enough of a crap about your eye color to change it.
I mean, if your eyes were normally something unattractive, like yellow ochre, puce, or blood red, THEN you might want to consider colored contacts.

I didn't believe that when I read it. Who buys something from a FLEA MARKET then puts it in their EYES! That makes as much sense to me as playing in traffic, or peeing on an electric fence.

There was a guy at work who wore yellow tinted ones. They looked freaky, and you would see customers do double takes every once and a while.
