Color adjustment

Hi. I have just bought a new Hyundai Q17 TFT monitor and I don't know what program to use in order to have realistyc colors. I don't know how many red, green and blue to put, and seems to me it is quite pink, but lowering red makes it look strange. Any good program?

if its pink, you need to adjust the green up a bit.

Thanks. That worked but I still see colors a little a strange. Any program like 3Deep! would be nice to make alll adjustments well. Anywhere where I could find something similar?
