Well, the average person who eats the crap I do has pounds of compacted stuff in there digestive system just sitting there for all eternity.... colonic irrigation therapy is known to help clear that out.

John Wayne had 30 lbs of compacted undigestive junk in his intestines when he died... mostly because he ate steaks as his main source of food. So that little tidbit made me wonder what I got going on in my system.

I might try it, setup an appointment at 3pm for one session @ $75. If I go through with it, I'll tell you all how I feel and if it worked.

that's bullshit.

I'm no MD, but I'd be forced to agree. To the best of my knowledge, it's physically impossible for material to become "stuck" in any portion of your digestive system/tract for any significant period of time without causing some fairly severe (and noticeable) symptoms.

Long story short; this. ^^

I'm watching 2012 on Starz right now. I don't know why, but it made me think of this thread.

you could get diverticulosis, however a colon rinse won't do anything for that. IMO colon rinse = worthless. Try eating more fiber. Even a fiber supplement is better than nothing. I use benefiber and I can't even taste it when it's mixed up, however I'd mix with 12oz of water instead of the recommended 8oz.

edit: obviously I'm not a doctor :p
