The colon cleansing kit from Blessed Herbs is the one a couple of DJs from our local alternative rock station did a couple of weeks ago.

They've done it a couple of years in a row now and they say it works.

A complete and total waste of money. May as well just drop your money in the toilet and flush it.

If you like to sh!t, eat more fiber. If you like to waste money and stuck things up your butt, by all means throw your money away on this.

BTW, the only thing studies have proven in relation to colon cleansing is that it can be HARMFUL.

Hey, if squirting liquid feces out of your ass turns you on: go for it. Just be aware that it can be harmful.

wouldn't a high fiber diet w/ lots of veggies and lots of water fix this condition anyways?
What?!? You're asking people to have a healthy well-balanced diet with lots of fibre? Oh the humanity!!!! 😉

Seriously though, the above advice is sound. Throw in some exercise and your heart and lungs will be happy too.

P.S. If you want to make sure you don't have colon cancer or something, then you can get a colonoscopy, although that usually isn't recommended until age 50 unless your family has a history of cancer or something.

You get medical advice from DJs on the radio? :Q

I don't see how a colon cleansing could be anything other than a temporary fix. And introducing water pressure into the lower intestine doesn't seem like a good idea.

Yes, without a doubt. But this is America where people don't want to make lifestyle changes, even though those changes would improve many other areas of their life also.

Instead, they want to keep eating the same ridiculous way that led to the digestive trouble in the first place, and would rather pay someone to stick a hose up their a$$ and claim that it's natural and healthy.
