Is there like a master list of colleges and ranks for them... I am being overwhelmed trying to figure out which ones I have any interest in. Help is appreciated!
 
US News and World Report. Check out your local library for the rankings.

BTW, rankings mean SH!T. Go to the school that has the programs and social environment you like best.
 
I see alot of places offer what I have, but someting to rate how good those programs are... for say, Engineering. Are there books for that?
 
US News. Baron's and Kaplan's also rank by major, I think.
