Colleges for 3D graphics/web development

I'm looking into colleges, or any form of high education, for web developing and/or 3D animation. I'd really love tolearn both, but 3D animation would come first. I was thinking about Penn State, because I live in Pennsylvania and I heard they have a lot of technology programs up there. What other places offer this kind of stuff?

I'm an Animation Major at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I'm learning a whole lot and can't wait to be making my own 3d movies(still a freshman) check out this list Pixar school recommendation. It's a good start to try and find out which school you'll end up in if you're serious about animation.
