I haven't kept up, I haven't really read any of the textbook since the begining of the quarter. I usually just cram it all before the tests, how about you guys?

no but I really should, it would be a lot less trouble when test time comes around.

i have a light workload, so yes. i actually just read it in lecture, since they teach straight out of the books anyways.

Reading? They had reading in college? :)

Although I'm done till grad school next fall I often
1) did not read the book until doing problem sets
2) did not take notes

If the professor is lazy/good (take your pick) he'll use a book that correlates well with the work he does in class so notes aren't necessary.

Read the material beforehand? Bah, maybe if I ever was really struggling with the material I might do that.

<< Bah.
I take very few notes in class, and only read what I need to out of hte books.
>>

same here. I look through the book just to get answers for the homework assignments. Its pretty bad, probably why I usually do so bad on tests.

Well considering that i never ever took notes of worth in university the reading was the only way I'd pass!

i would try to last semester but it got too damn boring. The stuff for english i would usually read but if i didn't, there'd be a quiz. I finally realized that it was pointless to read my philosophy since the stuff i needed to know was gone over in lecture and i never seemed to get the point from just the reading. I'd jsut see the words but be too close to sleep to actually get what they all meant
