The random "let's get drunk" ones that I've had in my apartment are fun, unfortunately the only girls that've attended so far are engaged to two of the guys that attend. The ones that I've attended with coworkers usually kick ass, very laid back and a great way to just sit around and flirt with cute girls.
depends on the college, but they're fun. Better than a bar sometimes, but watch out for jailbait!
