oh my, another college thread :Q

anyway, anyone know of a good college magazine for a high school senior? I'm looking for a magazine that gives you relevant and useful tips on getting into college, test tips, and college life in general. basically, anything related to college.

so far, I found College Bound Magazine (collegeboundmag.com) and I put an order in for my trial issue.

high school counselors give free advice too. they're the best.

if you get to know them really well, sometimes they give you the inside track on scholarships!

advice from college guidebooks and "survival guides" are outdated and well...unpractical. For the best advice on college life, try emailing or contacting a student already attending the college you are heading off to.

Otherwise, i think the latest special edition of time or us news at the newstand is about college stuff.

Once in a year, US News & World Report writes about college, including the rank and so on. Not sure when they published it, but try check their website. 6 months later, they will publish about grad school.
Good resource..

a friend of mine who graduated last year gave me some book (i'm a senior now) i think its like a Kaplans guide to college or something. I get enough crap in the mail from all the colleges anyway now. I think i've recieved stuff from well over 75 since i took me sats in the spring.
