for busy college goers, what are some unique jobs that either don't take up a lot of time (hence time for studying), offer tons of money, both, or have some unique benefit?

Work for the IT dept. It can be slow (time for studying), and it can lead to connections (tons of money), and you can be a nerd (unique benefit).
 
Tutor if you can, otherwise IT is always good...if you're good looking and deal well with people, marketing gigs are always readily available. Problem with marketing is that it's hard to find a long-term consistent job, but a weekend stint can pay a couple of hundred dollars.
