Thats how a buddy of mine is. He usually doesn't have any problem getting girls but he goes out with freaking freshmen in HS when he is a freshmen in college.

However, there are a few unspoken barriers. The most significant being the high school <-> college gap. The exception being Freshmen who are contuining a relationship or something, but yea, i agree

Is it outside the realm of possibility that a HS senior could be hotter than a college freshie? I can't hold it against a fella for preferring his tail on the younger side (being on the illegal side is another matter however..)

I started dating my g/f when I was a freshman in college and she was a senior in high school. I find nothing strange about that, nor did anyone else. I was pretty much the only one on my floor that was dating anyone.

Is there some back story that we don't know about?

anyway. when i was a freshmen my GF (now wife) was still in Highschool. I dont consider myself a loser heck neither does anyone i know.

i think it's situational. Yes there are guys looking for an easy score and girls that are drawn in by any guy older then them. There are also guys that are serious about relationships and there's nothing wrong with that.

most of the girls in my senior class date college guys or older, doesnt help that the junior college is in close proximity to my HS. some even have upwords of a 5 year age differance. funny how girls always pick the guys that are going nowhere. oh well.

When you go to the supermarket do you buy the fresh meat or the one thats sat there for awhile? Of course you get the newer one. Its less likely to be spoiled, it will keep longer, stay fresher, and taste better. Plus since it was recently put on the market, your selection will be better.

Well, I'm a college dude and my gf is still in high school... I am not so much of a loser that I can't get college chicks, it's just that when we met we were both in high school. Since then I've graduated, but she is still in high school. Simple as that.
