I'm thinking staged. I went to some really crazy parties and people would get busy but not in the main room.
 
There was story of people who suing after they were talked into having sex with pron stars that showed up on campus, it was on first edition or some show like that.
 
I don't understand how linking to some plaec is any different than suggesting to go there..I mean a link just makes things a tad simpler..

Cause the name hasn't explicitly been defined. It takes a (little) bit of logic... someone has to WANT to go there, and will definitely know what they are doing by doing so, thus no liability to AT by linking to an inappropriate site.
