College email question...

i lost mine after 2 years. *weep*

big public school though, i guess they needed to keep the pool moving along. however i feel bad for the next person with my email because they're going to get SO much spam.

Kept at my school. Problem at our school dates back to a lack of accountability when emails were given out eons ago, before the internet was popular. It would simply cost too much money and rack up way too many complaints about legitimate accounts being closed, so they just keep them all active indefinitely.

ours goes from @school to @almuni.school

edit: with email forwarding that is automatically set for like a year

I lost mine too...probably same school or at least same system...

My school will take it away 90 days after graduation. Then I get an alumni address I think.
