Never had tuna casserole? Good stuff.

My favorite was anything you could make in a crockpot or in any other method of mass quantity:
Venison Chili
Beef Stew
Pot Roast
Chicken & Dumplings
BBQ Brisket
Meatballs/Sauce & Spaghetti

Basically anything you can make multiple meals out of and/or freeze for later discovery.

I inadvertanly made a Quiche one night using what was left in the fridge. Eggs, grated chedder cheese, potatoes, angus hamburger patties, onions, and broccoli, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Mixed and thrown into a meatloaf pan and baked at 350 degrees until done.

It wasn't until my roomate said "This is better than my mom's quiche!" that I found out what I made.

mac and hot dogs rocks... I used to specialize in creating my own ramen flavors using spices that random people had, I did pretty well sometimes, but every now and then I wasted a 10 cent ramen package :(

My favorite thing to make at the commons was golden smores. You take golden grahams, marshmellows and chocolate chips, put them in a bowl, microwave it, and then smash it up. Milk is optional.

When I was really broke, I would make this:

Boil ramen noodles with some frozen mixed veggies for a minute or two, drain most but not all of the water, break an egg or two into it, stir until egg is cooked, sprinkle in half the seasoning packet.

I ate that a lot. I was always broke.
