Before College

End of College

The "next" picture is still being worked on :).

Started college at 185 lbs, great muscle tone. The after pic I am at 215, so so muscle tone but fat 19%.

I just found the first pic and had take then second picture at my first attempt at losing the fat. (Ended up with chest pains and the doctor told me to take it easy until the cosotchondritis went away in 6-8 weeks)

You need to check out BodyBuilding.com... they will get you started back on the right track. College did the same thing to me, but I am making the change.

Jogging 3-4 times a week, doing body weight exercises. Leg lifts, push ups, crunches. Also doing some dumbell workouts with plate set I have at home. When I have more time and lose some of this fat I will look into doing some more serious bodybuilding.

Right now I just want to get tone back so I dont hurt myself when i start pumping some real iron/.

that's an awesome transformation, at least you have the building blocks if you want to start working out again.

I did the same thing. Started college at 178 with good muscle tone. Now I'm ~194 with a complete lack of muscle tone... I'm now the one saying, "Honey, can we turn the lights off tonight?"

I want to start lifting again, but I'm a little embarrased about my shape, but more than that, I'm lazy.
