College App Question

So, Illinois-Wesleyan's recommended essay length is 2 pages.

Do you think they mean double-spaced or single-spaced?

If it is double, as I think it is, when I paste it into their form, do you think I should have a space between each line or not?

They're available, but online apps are strongly recommended by most colleges.
