I have an almost top of the line PC and there's still some option that can't be turned on....

Really don't know, might be an NVidia only feature(?).

What that game really needs though is a "Don't Suck" Option. After half a race I quit in disgust and never bothered to play it again.

Why don't you like it? I thought it was a pretty good game. If only it had actual multiplayer though...

Handling is total crap.

Granted its a very hard game to play, but one you get use to it it's an amazing racing game.
Maybe you should try it again and learn how to drive,,,,2wd are easier to drive.
Not it's not an NVIDIA only featur I've checked with some friends...they can't put it ON even on their GeForce6800...
