I can't find the retail copy of dirt2 in my country and steam is not really an option as I don't have a credit card.

I want to know if any of you have a spare CD-key from a crossfire setup of HD5800 or something that i could buy from you?

I don't think this is an approved AT post. Why don't you just buy it online from eBay, which accepts PayPal as well.
