Amen to that. It has the be the most beautiful thing when you are sick (except for the taste). Nothing beats that wonderful full nights sleep.

Seriously though, drink the fluids and just take it easy, thats about all that can be done.

Yeah..they do..and so do the people that have em and cough and blow snot all over the place to assure that everybody shares their pain...

They do suck but the one consolation is they seem to decrease over the years. I'm a middle school teacher so you can imagine the germs I'm exposed to but I only get a cold once every 2 years. I wash my hands constantly and I have hand sanitizer on my desk that I use liberally.

Just use this as an excuse to catch up on some ZZZZ's. Remember what Medellon said and frequently wash your hands. I've been doing this and just now have my first cold of this season. In years past I would have already had several and an ear infection needing antibiotics. Soap and hot water are you friends.😀
...forgot to add that I have 7 and 5 yr old girls. Kids are germ factories.
