ColdFusion index and administrator not working

I'm trying to learn ColdFusion but having dificulty getting a local environment setup. I installed WAMP and ColuFusion 9 and the CFML gets interpreted correctly but I can't access ColdFusion's administrator. I get a 404. I also can't access localhost/cfide/administrator/index.cfm it says file not found.

Do I need to "start the coldfusion server" in the same way I start WAMP? or does it automatically start with the computer?

Can someone at least recomend a forum that specializes in this?
