Coldfusion / Database Server / Ram Drive questions

I would like to bulk up on ram for my coldfusion server, 2-4 gig total, and use 2 gig for the system ram and then dedicate the other 2 to coldfusion, i believe using a ram drive approach. I would like the system to start up, set up a ram drive, i guess in autoexec.bat, and once the system has loaded, load the entire coldfusion application and all needed services into that ram drive. I only have about 5 megs or so of coding, rough estimate. I figure it would increase performance dramatically if everything was done on the system ram. I do understand that when the program starts it is loaded into ram anyway, but I want to move the actual physical folder onto ram, or at least a copy of the folder.

Same situation for the database server, sql 2k.

thanks,

jason
