Hi. When i use my computer on cold weather, PSU have a little clicking noise. It happens when both CPU and GPU are idle. When i run on a video, game or a stress tes, the sound goes and never backs several hours. The noise isn't annoying and difficult to hear. But i wonder why it happens and is it connect a more serious issue?

Maybe the fan bearing?

Probably. In which case nothing to worry about. I will say that noise descriptions that everyone can understand would be tough, so posting a clip of the noise wouldn't be a horrible idea.

I listened some of PSU noise recordings on Youtube and none of them likes mine. I can't compare any known noise.

This noise has some connection with room's temperature and system load. I am running air conditioner in the next room last two days and i am not hearing any noise from PSU. If the room is below 20 °C and system is fully idle the sound starts.

Could it be your case? My old case didn't have any of the vibration suppression around the power supply and got loud as hell when it was cold. As soon as I put my PSU in my new case which has some rubber damping under the PSU mount it has become silent whether the room is cold or warm. Could just be resonance showing up when the case compresses ever so slightly from lower temperature. It was still there in my old case when it was warm (85F), but not near as loud as at colder temperatures (65F).

It could be a combination of metal and plastic expanding/contracting in your case.
