Walking around Times Square last night...there was this disgustingly long line going into Cold Stone..ice cream place. What's so special about it? Is it really that good?? Saw so many people with ice cream from there last night...

Very overpriced, but oh so tasty. And you get the ice cream exactly how you want it and can have pretty much whatever you want in it and/or on it. BTW, it is that good 🙂
 
Yes, it's that good. If you're into ice cream (read: female).

Doesn't do all that much for me, but it is pretty damn good ice cream.

Their banana ice cream is delicious!

Basically, you choose a flavor of ice cream and then they have all kinds of toppings (candy bars, nuts, fudge, fruit, etc.) that they can mix in for you. It's not a new concept but they are marketing it very well.
 
one just opened in the strip mall near my apt. finally went there last night and i must say, it's dayum tastey 🙂

There's one not too far from me.. we should go sometime..

I could really go for a chocolate-peanutbutter type of icecream right now.. lol
 
Just looked on the website....the nearest ones to me...are "Coming soon!". Man..that means it'll be at least another couple months before it opens.

it's probably the best home made (from a store) ice cream out there. As others have said, you can have the ice cream filled with ANYTHING you want.
