Cold sores!! aaaaaAAAAAAAAAA !!!

I got a few cold sores on my lower lip ... I can't interview for jobs with cold sores on my lips!!!

Any good remedies out there?

Product called Kanka. Swab a little on and it numbs the area and helps get rid of the cold sore.

aberva is good if you are close to a drugstore.
also, best home remedy i have found is putting pure vanilla extract right onto it every so often. that, or a little bit of tooth paste before you go to bed.

Abreva is expensive - but it works. If you have a Meijer near you, go there for it. It's ~$13.50 for a 2 gram tube - when I was at Walgreens buying a paper they had it too, but it was $18 for the same sized tube.

Never had a cold sore but I use this tube of minty stuff on my canker sores that says it works on cold sores as well. Nice thing about canker sores is that they are always in your mouth instead of on your lips 🙂
