Cold smoking salmon

This weekend I'm going to score about 30 - 40 lbs of whole salmon, so I want to cold smoke some of it because of the preservative properties of cold smoking.

A little help? I have no idea how to cold smoke...

Good luck, it's tough to do. You have to cut it properly, not overheat or oversmoke it. I've messed up a few times and went back to buying it at costco. 🙂
 
Cold smoke is called steam, moron. You want to steam it. You're so freakin' stupid. I'm going to make a post about how people don't know the difference between smoke and steam. Maybe if I pwn enough n00bs today I can raise my ranking on ATOT from 2 to 1.
