Cold showers or hot showers?

how do you like your showers? What does one consider a cold shower? A warm shower? hot shower? Why do you prefer one over the other?

Warm showers (a little bit higher than skin temp) are what I do. I can't stand hot or cold showers.

I keep it warm (hot if it is cold out) and then switch to cold when I rinse off to wake me up and so I don't sweat if it's summer.

Winter/Spring/Fall
5 mins warm increasing to scalding for the last 10 minutes or so.

Summer
Warm the whole time, unless Im sweaty or super hot, or going right out, then I will make it lukewarm followed by 2-5 minutes of ice ice cold.

I start off hot then get down to cold by the end.
Same here.

I start them hotter in the winter though, and don't get as cold towards the end. In the summer, the temp is very cold towards the end of the shower.

I close the bathroom door and crank that sucker to as hot as it goes. this way when i get out i get the added bonus of a sauna

usually warm-hot showers...

when i was at msu for a camp, i literally had to take ice cold showers because the dorms we stayed in had absolutely no a/c. it was pathetic.

Starts hot, hot hot hot like, burning hot. Then, before I get out I put it really cold so I'm not sweating/hot when I get out. This is for the summer only.
