Cold Cathode Light

ok, my cold cathode light seems to be not as bright as it once was.
It is getting dim, is it burning out?
What is the typical life expectancy of one of these?

If I need to replace it, is there any online shops that sell just the light itself as I don't need a complete kit.

BGMicro sells the lights by themselves ($6.99 i believe), but thats interesting... How long have you had it? I thought i remember hearing these things can last for years... (7-10 maybe) Maybe its your power connection??
