Cold brewed coffee is excellent

One of the coffee nerds at work brought in a thermos of this stuff. He used Stumptown - Holler Mtn beans. I drank it black and it was smooth and faintly sweet. He said it takes many hours to brew this method, I may have to learn this!

I use a French Press for this, and so far, a decent espresso roast I'm finding works best. It can take 12-24 hours depending on how cold it is.
