Cold Booting on Epox 4BDA2+ w/ P4 1.6A

Lately I've been experiencing some cold boots more regularly on my P4 after I added an add'l 256MB kingmax ddr333 (same w/ my current memory). I was o/cing it before @2.24G@1.725v & thought that it might be the o/c but I return the clock to 1.6 but the cold boot still happens. Anyone know what causing the problem.

My system spec:
P4 1.6A costa rica 1/25/2002 w/ Volcano 7+
Epox 4BDA2+
2x256MB kingmax DDR333
Asus7700dlx
Maxtor D740X
WD 30BB
SB Live value
HEC 450w PS

 
Hey Snicky. I also have the epox 4bda2+ mobo with a p4 1.6A@2.25GHz 1.6v. (costa rica 1/24/2002). The cold booting issue is a known problem with this board. I get cold booting problems from time to time myself. First of all, which bios are u using? The most stable ones seems to be the 4bd22205.bin bios...supposedly. I've tried them all though. I'm currently using the latest bios (4bd22612.BIN). I don't know what to say.. but i got the same problem and some others do as well.
