i have a problem with my pc. when the the pc has been shut down in 9-12 hours and PSU has been switched off, it wont post properly and the motherboard debug led shows a random number, but it often stops on 15, all the fans in the case, cpu fan and gpu fan is spinning and my blu-ray drive and hdd led is flashing but no boot and no image on the pc screen is shown, but if i then press the reset button it boots just fine and the pc runs fine after this. any way to fix the problem ?

gpu: Shapphire 7970 oc edition tried using driver v 12.4 and 12.6
