My computer will power-cycle for about 15min on a cold boot. That is every time I have it completely unplugged for more than 10 min. It will throw just enough power to my components to spin fans and scratch hdds for a split second and then it dies and does it again. It will continue this process until I intervene. The only thing that seems to work in the troubleshooting department is to shut it down and walk away for 15 min. This works most of the time, with the exceptions taking 5 or 10 more mins. I am entirely distressed by this. I didn't change hardware or software within a time frame that would make those changes potential reasons for the issue. This may sound weird, but the only thing that had changed when this issue hit was the temperature. It was starting to get cold, and I drove my pc to a lan. This usually allows for my pc to cool down, but I wouldn't think it would be the cause. That was, however, the first time this cold boot fail occurred.
Thing I've Already Done:
1. Check CPU temp failsafe
2. Disconnect every component one by one
3. Clear Cmos
4. Hard jump Mobo with car key
