This guy is a blow hard beyond belief.

If you recall, Bernie Sanders showered Denmark with some love during the debate. Because of course he did that.

You see, Denmark has a pretty expansive welfare state. Huge, actually. But as some have pointed out, Denmark has been slowly weaning off the socialist model. Plus, their corporate tax rate is a heck of a lot lower than ours. Ouchie.
But other than that, it sucks. It’s a homogenous country that embraces mediocrity. Sure, there’s lots of free stuff, but it’s not actually free. The middle class pays for it.
But hey. High tax rates and and expansive welfare systems should be used as an automatic indicator of success, am I right?
If it's from Bernie Sanders, you know it's BS.

well on the plus side, his 18 trillion dollar investment helps the people of the US.

the 7 trillion dollar bailout only really helped the banks of the US.

it must really piss off the RNC that this old white guy is more popular than their old white guys.

I will withhold my opinion until visiting Denmark. But GOP expanded Medicare without paying for it, so who are they to criticize Bernie Sanders? Also, the $18T on Medicare assumes nothing is done on costs. But reality is the Medicare already spends more than enough to cover all Americans, it's just that we aren't getting what other countries are getting for their money. For example, Republicans banned Medicare from negotiating lower drug prices.

The answer isn't more free stuff. It's the crony capitalist system stupid. Hope someone picks up that slogan.

LMFAO! To tax them to death? Create deficits?

with the free college/uni the middle class might make it in to the highest tax bracket and pay the same amount as the rich.

but that's the fear.

middle class making lots of money and living longer isn't it?

This guy is a blow hard beyond belief.

Total bullshit spewed by a bullshit artist.

You can try spewing that on right wing nuts who will believe it, we simply refuse to spend more money on wars and stuff that help the rich and other countries like Israel but not us.

Seriously if anything comes out of John Connors account now.. it's reason to just laugh because it's comedy not facts.

And this really proves the GOP are scared of Bernie since he really won the debate despite what the mainstream media says

Yes 18 trillion is at the high end assuming nothing is saved however to say its cost neutral does exactly what we see Republicans do with tax plans that lower rates but then claim to increase revenue from extra employment that usually don't work out.
We do have to remember that as a country we spend the most on healthcare by far and we get mediocre results. But the extra spending is going somewhere like employing more people.
I'm all for Government taking over healthcare. Businesses could then be freed from the burden of providing healthcare but it will definitely cause problems making such a big change all at once.

I did find it interesting he used Denmark as one of his model countries we should mimic

They have a more free economy than the United States. And higher incomes taxes on their middle class. I dont think that is what Sanders and Clinton have in mind when enacting their economic policies and brand of scoialism.

They have spectacular women too. I've dated two Dane's years ago. Great women.

Its like the opera show,

Who wants a handout? You want a handout? You want a handout? guess what you all* get handouts.

*unless you actually work and make an income, then fuck you, your money is now my handout money.
