Coke- 12oz plastic bottles

JEDI

Lifer
at my local supermarket, i saw 8pack of 12oz plastic bottles of coke.

and it was more expensive than the 12 pack of 12oz cans of coke.

Why even bother w/12oz bottles?

Only thing I can think of is it'd be better for those who don't drink much and are highly prone to spill things. Namely, little kids.

Like all major corporations, they assume the general consumer is stupid as hell, and price accordingly. Unfortunately, they're usually right.

What is the point of those 8oz cans of soda, they cost the same as the 12 oz cans.

They look cute? That's all I ever hear.

they look cute plus they are great for kids. Once in a while you pack a one for them. they don't drink much so a full 12 oz would be a waste.

what they have 12 oz bottles? I know coke makes 16oz ones. I never seen 12oz before except maybe in the old glass bottle form.

The old glass botttles were 8oz not 12.

The original contour bottles were 6.5oz., they also had 10, 12, and 26oz versions of the glass bottles, up until the mid 70s when they started standardizing the sizes.
