Coil whine on new PCs

Hey all. Just did a new build over the weekend and noticed both my wife and I are getting coil whine on our new PCs. Hers is worse than mine, but they are both pretty annoying, especially with it interfering with our speakers/headsets. Our builds are identical, with the exception of our power supplies. Microcenter didn't have many in stock at the time, so we just settled. Our current builds are: Corsair 760T case, Asrock Extreme 4 z97, i5 4690k, 8GB DDR3 1600, eVGA 780Ti (model # 03G-P4-2884-KR), Corsair RM750. My wife has a CX750 (boo) for her PSU, which we planned on swapping out anyways.

Our old PCs did not have any coil whine, so I just swapped out the video card to our old 560Ti and it is still occuring. I then swapped out the power supply to a TX750 (5 years old). It was still whining, but definitely not as bad. Also, I noticed a low hum coming from the H100i, which I assume is just the radiator/pump.

Combinations:
Corsair CX750 (new) & 780Ti (new) - Noisy
Corsair CX750 (new) & 560Ti (old) - Noisy
Corsair TX750 (old) & 780Ti (new) - Somewhat quiet, but still noticeable
Corsair TX750 (old) & 560Ti (old) - Somewhat quiet, but still noticeable

I don't recall our old PCs ever having coil whine. If it did, it certainly wasn't very noticeable and it definitely did not interfere with our sound. I read to try running Prime 95 to see if it is the PSU and FurMark to see if it's the graphics card. I noticed a very slight increase in noise when running Prime 95, but it wasn't too bad. I did notice an increase in noise when running FurMark, but it was not nearly close to the noise when playing a normal PC game.

Right now, I am confused on what to do. The sound is so annoying, and since I can't quite pin point it, I am really thinking about switching out all our major components (PSU/mobo/GPU/etc). Any help is really appreciated.

Shielding.
Sound dampening: Buy felt cloth at a cloth store.

Buy higher rated power supply. I suffered form this rarely but when I did then I always upgraded the power supply to at least minimum of 700-800 watts.
Do not use cheap wires and make sure you have a decent working order ground in your household.

I just removed the GPU and ran with integrated graphics. There is a slight whine, but it is certainly not as loud as with the GPU in. Could the PSU be causing the GPU to whine as well or is it possibly a combination of both?
