I made this one last night and brought it in to enjoy with my coffee. It's good stuff and almost gone...

Berry CoffeeCake
Topping
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/4-1/3 cup of pecans

Batter
1/2 Teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 Cup of Oil
1 egg
1/2 Cup of Milk
1/2 Cup of Plain Yogurt

1/2 Cup of Sugar
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups of mixed berries
*blueberries, blackberries, rasberries
I got these frozen at the grocery store. When they're frozen,
they fold in much easier without getting crushed that way.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat oil, egg, milk together and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients together thoroughly.
Combine Dry and wet ingredients and fold in the yogurt
and berries. Pour into an 8x8 pan and lightly press topping
into the batter for crust.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
(the middle wasn't done at 35 minutes, so I recommend a larger
pan if possible and extend baking time as needed. Use a toothpick
to make sure it's done in the middle. This rises like a cake and
can fall like a cake.)
