Coffee vs. Soda

I drink a lot of soda, and if I don't, I get headaches and have seizures. You tell me.
If you replaced the soda with an energy drink, coffee or simple caffeine pills you would not get headaches.

Caffeine = caffeine = caffeine = caffeine

I'm not familiar with this "soda" you speak of.

Pop and coffee both share the same addictive ingredient, Caffeine. Therefore, the "addictivity" is clearly the same.
Of course Coffee does have a higher caffeine concentration then most pop, so it could be argued that coffee is more addictive.

In the end, this is really no more different then comparing if Light Vs Regular cigarettes are more addictive.

Pop..? I know that's the sound a ballon makes, but I didn't know you could drink a sound effect. :roll:😛

I don't get any noticable effect from drinking coffee, and never have craving for it. Soda, on the other hand, I crave from time to time, even though I rarely drink it.
