Coffee temperature

After years of finishing half empty cups that had been sitting on the desk for an hour, I'm kinda used to room temperature coffee.
 
brewed at 195-200 degrees, served promptly. I actually prefer a good drip of freshly roasted, freshly ground coffee to espresso.
Costa Rica Tarrazu - Full city+ (just to second crack).

...I need to repair my roaster.

:thumbsup: Haha, excellent. A man who knows his coffee....

I prefer a nice espresso, Sweet Maria's Liquid Amber, 3 days after the roast, brewed at 203 degrees Fahrenheit, 2oz of liquid.
