Coffee Spill

Had a freind who accidently spilled some coffee on a Dell Inspiro 6000 and now some of the keys are jacked up. What would be the best thing for them to do? Will dell just send her a a new keyboard for her to install or will hse have to pay for it. The laptop is under warranty, but i dont know if this is covered by it since it was user's fault. Thanks

Does it have the accidental coverage thing?

And from my past experience, keyboards aren't all that expensive if she does have to end up paying for it.

Yea, if they don't have Complete Care, then Dell will not replace the keyboard for something like this. Your friend should be very thankful it didn't get down into the motherboard and fry something.
